A message dated May 13, 2002, was read stating the Senate has passed                                
CSHB 276(L&C) with the following amendment and it is transmitted                                    
for consideration:                                                                                  
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 276(RLS)                                                   
     "An Act relating to temporary permits and licenses by                                          
     endorsement issued by the Board of Nursing; and relating to the                                
     delegation of nursing duties."
